Middle Road Volunteer Fire Department is devoted to providing free Fire Prevention programs to schools. The purpose of our Fire Prevention programs are to educate children on how to react to certain emergency situations. Each year we conduct these programs in the month of October during the national fire prevention week. 

We tailor these programs to fit the particular age groups that we educate. In order for these programs to be successful we annually visit children, building on their knowledge of fire safety and prevention each year. This results in increased fire prevention skills and awareness.
